Karen Tallkat Conley is a spiritual teacher, speaker and consultant. She and her husband live in the mountains of New Mexico. They grow their own fruits & veggies. Her first speaking "engagement" was in sixth grade. The subject was "Conservation of Trees." Her horse stories have been featured in Saddle & Bridle, a national equestrian magazine. These poems are based on her personal experiences.
